still new zealand

LOLS OK I today good mood so I shall post about the New Zealand stuffs I left out.
It'll be easier for my homework blog anyway.

So.. Rocky Shore eh?

After we climbed over all the small rocks which were actually quite big, we reached this place.
Shell-ground, man.

We were on our way to mid-tide.

My body was already almost half soaked in water. I had to make damn sure that my handphone didn't get dipped into the super clean water.

Algae? I forgot.

I forgot if this was high-tide or mid-tide.

Really beautiful waves.

Ahahahaha dead bird you want eat for lunch?

OK so after that my trousers were soaked and my shoes were fucking shell-y and were hurting my feet.
But I beared with it 'cause in the itinerary it said that we had to go to a forest thing after lunch, which would require walking in mud and stuffs.

In the end they cheat my feelings and said that because of bad weather they wouldn't go to the rainforest so we ended up at some sports hall instead.

Very good though, 'cause I brought extra shoes and pants so me and Yuching were fucking washing our feet in the shower room of the sports hall.
I threw away 1 pair of new white ankle socks which by that time was already filled with sand and shells and stuffs which I didn't want to know.

Felt better after washing up the bottom one-third of my body.
Ate lunch there.

Soon after a group of angmohs came, supposedly having their PE lesson?
So the RV people went to play with them.

Basketball, I think.
RV people getting owned by NZ girls and a few boys. LOL.

Less blurry picture.

The atmosphere was a bit tense 'cause the Kiwis were playing like the RVians weren't even there so a few of the RVians were a little pissed.

Anyway it was still OK.
They wouldn't possibly allow us to slack the whole afternoon away there so we had to go do some project to pass time.

It was this project about going to this particular street of the city and determining the kind of shops every 10m and stuffs.
I didn't exactly know what was the point of doing that but we had to do it anyway.
Halfway through it started drizzling the kind of drizzle that was really irritating but I survived it anyway.
-.-

On our way to the street we were supposed to do on.

Walking towards our destination.

Damn big measuring tape. Wow.

The wind was fucking strong and everyone's hair was flying all over the place.
Especially mine.
-.-

Charmaine starting out as the measuring tape girl.
(:

Saw this damn long train carrying logs.
After that the train came back without the logs.
Lol.

Later on after the whole project we went back to Collings Lodge to eat dinner, bathe, reflection and stuffs.
This night Charmaine came over too 'cause she said she couldn't stand her roommate who kept nagging at her to go and bathe.

So she slept on the bunk bed above me.
But her fucking phone's alarm kept going off in the middle of the night and woke everyone up and she fucking snoozed it and not switched it off 'cause she was tired and didn't know which button to press so it happened more than once.

I hurt my fingers trying to hit the bottom of her bed thinking that magically by doing that her alarm will stop ringing.

25 December 2008 (Tuesday)
Woke up with a tired body and mind 'cause of Charmaine's godly alarm the previous night.

Ate breakfast, packed luggage and checked out of Collings Lodge. We are going to sleep at Empire Apartments tonight!

Firstly, we went.. Blokarting! Yay!
It was really fun, I tell you.
The people helping us were damn cool also.
But, there wasn't much wind.. So everyone kept getting stuck.
):
LOL.

This is how a Blokart look like.
I have no idea how to describe it to you.
-.-

OK then after that we had to visit a Kiwi Fruit Centre called Kiwi360.
My camera didn't like me at that time so I didn't have much pictures.

The "tour bus". SO FUCKING CHIO AND CUTE AHHA.

The scenery while sitting in the "tour bus".

We reached the place where they grow the kiwis. The guest speaker talked alot and I understood alot but I'm not gonna waste my fucking time explaining it to you all (:

Flower of kiwi.

Cute little kiwis yum yum.

And it's in the whole "forest".

They actually LURE bees here to help them pollinate.
So bees were flying everywhere.
-.-

We went back and shopped in this souvenir shop heh.

OK so we travelled to Rotorua after that.
We had a really cool lunch!

Lunch was sort of pie and stuffs, so we ate while sitting at the lakefront.
Like our legs could dangle where the duck family was at.
The mother and father ducks were abit tall though so when they were near we kept our legs.
-.-

Later on we went to visit the Whakarewarewa geothermal reserve.
-_-"
Try pronouncing Whakarewarewa 20 times quickly.

First we went to see the endangered Kiwi birds.
Couldn't take pictures 'cause it was all dark in there (they are nocturnal).

The geysers there were beautiful. We were luckily to have seen it erupt!
Like, over 20 metres in the air.

Nice right!
The water there all boiling hot de. So if you fall in, you GG.
(:

So I was walking around with Mr & Mrs Choy (they have emphasized that they are not related), Charmaine and Xiumin.
Charmaine was having a crazy time trying to remember all the Maori names on the signboards 'cause it was more or less a Maori park (?).

Then we went to the souvenir shop there again and I bought more things.

And then we departed for Auckland again, and arrived at Empire Apartments!
The first thing I noticed was its signboard with its big name.
I wanted to take a picture, but my camera didn't like me.
So the pic's with Charmaine, yeah.
Will get from her soon.

So we settled the keys are stuff, and proceeded to our apartment XD

17th floor!

{To be continued again 'cause fucking blogger don't want me to post pictures anymore}
