So we went to Howick College after a damn good night sleep in Empire Apartments. LOL.



So we went in, they welcomed us with a formal Maori session.
After we got to know one another, we were supposed to travel to the Waitakere Ranges for some activities. It's kind of like a rainforest thing.


On the bus there- the scenery so nice lo.


OK so we reached!

We went to the Arataki centre inside first, to answer some worksheets and stuffs.

Then we went outdoors.


Beautiful.

To complete more answers in the worksheet, we had go to the Plant ID loop.

And then we had like, a separate amazing race activity. When we ran down and down and down in the forest, and after we had completed all the questions, we had to run back all the way UP, and it was really UP zzz to return the paper. Damn tiring lah, the running up part. It seemed never-ending.

OK so after lunch (which was picnic-like), we boarded the coach to travel to Muriwai beach.

Gannet is a type of bird lah.

Damn cool.


So the birds were flying around and a feather dropped in our direction so me and Charmaine caught it LOL.
